Summary: What is some of the information we share when we're getting to know someone new? What do we use to describe ourselves? When Paul introduces himself to the church in Rome at the start of his letter to them, he only really describes himself in verse 1 – the next 5 verses actually describe the gospel. The most important details concerning Paul are the details of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The power to save people is not in the way we serve up the gospel, but in the gospel itself. Don't let the people in your life perish because they haven't heard the gospel. Be proud to proclaim the power of the gospel.
